Project Description: Pentavirate is a real estate investment company based in Seattle, WA. They wanted a brochure to give to their clients—particularly those in the Middle East—stating their products and services. In accordance with their current brand, I created spreads with different layouts so the readers would remain intrigued by both the visuals and the information presented. I used negative space to keep the information clear and let the spreads breathe. Choosing the right photography was also essential in design and feel of the brochure. I edited them to have a more muted yet artistic vibe to match the brand.
